What we kept seeing, over and over again, was a gap in small business education. There’s definitely no shortage of online advice. In fact, there’s almost too much of it. But very little helps entrepreneurs understand how to grow a business, how to scale sustainably, and – just as importantly – what to focus on next in a way that actually works in real life.

My Entrepreneur’s Toolkit was built by experienced educators and real-world business owners who understand both sides of the equation.
Jen brings over 10 years of hands-on experience building a business from the ground up, scaling it into a multi-million-dollar brand, and successfully selling it. She understands the realities of pricing, marketing, growth, and decision-making when the stakes are real. Plot twist - Jen also began her career in learning and development, which means she knows how to translate big ideas into practical action.
Bindi brings over 25 years of experience in adult learning, instructional design, facilitation, consulting and professional training. Her work focuses on helping people break down complex ideas quickly and apply them in their specific environment with confidence – especially when time and mental bandwidth are limited. Which, let’s be honest, is almost always!
Together, we combine how people actually learn with what actually works in business.
Why We’re Doing This Together
When you’ve known someone for over 21 years, collaborated closely in different contexts, and consistently work well together – you start to notice patterns. You notice what feels easy, what feels effective, and what people keep coming back to you for.
At a certain point, it becomes hard not to say, “there’s something here that other small business owners could actually use – in a way that makes sense for how they learn, how they work, and how much time they realistically have.”
That realization is what led us here.
